Wonders Of Welding

Personally I believe that welding is a very a great trade for a individual to learn. Welding has been around for almost three centuries. The creator of welding is Edmund Davy.

In this type of welding you have the heated gas shield which will create a molten puddle to combine the two pieces of metal. This welding needs a welder with expertise so there is no excessive clean up.

The way this works is you have a filler rod which is the type of metal you are trying to connect. Than an electric current melts the filler rod which then creates a puddle that you push to make a line to connect the pieces of metal. This is generally used for steel structures or fabrication methods.

This shield then heats up the two pieces of metal to combine with each other. A constant voltage and direct current power source is required for this method. This method is the most common for industrial welding process.
